A very nice and cozy place to sit and eat some moat authentic momos(dumplings).. They have a few variety in momos like chicken..veg...pprk..etc... It has many other very authentic nepali dishes... Like daal bhat...and few others... Not too expensive..but great taste
One star is way too many. We paid 35 euros for food that was more bland than water. The vegetables in the chowmein were stale and the chowmein itself was drained in oil. The momos were ordinary at best. Nothing about the food is indicative of anything Nepalese. Appalling!!!
one of best nepali cuisine I have ever tasted in europe... small loaction but great amount of nepali taste in plate
I love this little place, the food tastes great, simple and honest cuisine. The staff are wonderful, extremely friendly and relaxed. If you are looking for relaxed, tasty, slightly spicy food I definitely recommend it 😊
We ordered a salad, veggie Dal Bhat and Vegi-Momo (Nepalese dumplings). Everything was prepared very fresh and delicious! The spices were absolutely authentic and varied. Especially the veggie momo with the sauce were a treat. The service was super friendly and nice. We would like to come again!
Was my first time trying Nepalese food and I was impressed of how delicious it is! Love it and will def come again!
Was delicious
Very, very friendly and the food was delicious. I felt at home. Highly recommended.
Sympathetic and relaxed little restaurant at the Ostbahnhof. Great first experience of Nepalese cuisine. Good selection of vegan and vegetarian dishes. The momos and Nepalese beer are particularly recommended. Spent a super nice evening there.
Nice small restaurant, clean and good food.
Great honest food. Perfect for gluten and milk intolerant people. With the cordial service, you immediately feel welcome in Nepal!
Today we had a very tasty lunch menu. Small point deduction for the ambience, the room is very small and the prices of the dishes are slightly above average. But definitely worth a visit 🙂
Great experience, the food is delicios, staff is nice, good atmosphere
Interesting food. Gurka beer taste nice.
Very good food, pleasant atmosphere and good service. The dishes are very, very aromatic and tasty. Above all the Nepalese national dish (Bhat), which contains small portions of different dishes. Meat eaters, fish lovers, veggies and vegans alike will find a tasty choice. The atmosphere is very relaxing and calming and the small flags under the canopy give the whole thing an authentic charm. The service is very friendly, quick and attentive.
Very tasty food, with spices and flavors that gradually unfold. Both the fish bhat (macha bhat) and the lamb bhat (Nepal house khana set) were convincing. The vegetarian momos are also recommended. And if you like it spicy, you can order the mango-chili dip;)
Delicious food and service! The best Momo ever!! They have literally the perfect momo and sauce! Nice and cozy atmosphere! Thank you!
A very cozy and warm restaurant with truly authentic (trust me, I would know) Nepalese food. Staff were very warm and friendly, and were happy to accommodate us even though the restaurant was supposedly reserved. I will definitely find time to come here again when I come again to Munich, even if just for a warm cup of tea. :)
This place makes you forget where you are for the duration of your stay. Everyone there is nice and in a good mood, the food tastes fantastic.
Overall good food but superbly special for Nepalese. It's authentic but actually pretty pricy considering the portions.
Really great food. And friendly
Best place to eat Momos! Very good service. Friendly staff. Only cash payment possible.
Homely Nepali food! A must have
Nice vegetarian and non vegetarian menu. Cosy but small. Reserve ahead
Perfect food
Superb!!! Better than Indian restaurants out there. Authentic. Chicken Thali and Mango lassi are must.
Reminded me my home.. Awsome Homely food, truly the best I ever had in Munich... Definitely this is my one of favorite now.. Perfect Authentic food..fully satisfied.. I will give more than 5 star..
Very tasty food. Highly recommended. 👍
One of best restaurant I have ever visited in Munich. Home like feeling...:) Should try Atleast once...I bet you will visit again 😉 Feels like home when having Thali at Nepal Haus...!!! 😊☺️ Must visit place...!!!
Very friendly people and liked the atmosphere. Great 👍
Very good Nepalese food (Momos and Dal Bhat). Super nice and authentic owner.
Really nice dining place for lunch or dinner - quite rustic interior but pleasant service and the food tastes really authentic! Try the Nepalese beer! Best match to the food! We will be back!
A very fine kitchen!
Super delicious food and the service was excellent! As a native of Nepali, I can say that the cuisine is very authentic and close to home! So gladly again :)
Absolute delight! This is a hidden treasure at Ostbahnof. No other restaurant, No Other Indian/Pakistani/Asian restaurant can match even near to the food served here. The ambience is so sweet, with folk nepali music, and the owner Vinod with his hospitality can cheer u up in a jiffy. And the food, is ABSOLUTE DELIGHT. Wait, did I already mention it? Hands down, the food is EXACTLY like your expect at home. Perfectly balanced spices (for every indian/asian taste bud), not a trace of extra oiliness or anything unwanted. This has to be one of those hidden treasures you got to discover. If you are an Indian/Asian, you MUST come here. And you will sure as hell not visit any other Indian restaurant. Same applies for locals here in Munich. The food is going to be a treat for y'all! It was amazing! Also, IT IS NOT EXPENSIVE At All. Just in case if you were thinking.
A little jem for those who want healthy veg good. It almost felt like home food...i had the menu. All dishes were tasty with so much variety. My friend had momos. Its a cozy place with friendly staff.. check it out!
Highly recommend!!!! One of the best place for typical Nepali meals in Munich.Absolutely fantastic food! Great selection and lovely staff. The service is attentive, fast and friendly. The price / performance ratio fits well.Great service and cozy sitting! Feels like a second home!
We eat Nepali for the first time and are impressed! The service is great, the food is delicious and fresh! We will come back in any case. This restaurant is very comfortable and small, but it's not bad. The photos and the atmosphere on the wall make the trip to Nepal endless! :) :)
Just got dinner again and you feel like you are on vacation again. You will always be warmly welcomed. Always a visit - and worth picking up at Corona times.
Authentic nepali food with momos to die for.
Honestly one of the best experiences that you owe yourself to try once especially if you like eating homemade lightly cooked food.
Yeah OK it's small, but you have room to sit and eat and you aren't bumping elbows with the next table. It's not a problem! The food is properly authentic, tastes great and was definitely made with fresh spices. If you like something different you cannot go wrong here. The momos, I could eat them all day! Have a Nepalese rum to finish off, way tastier than the average carribean rum. Excellent meal all round!
Great food, specially the momos and thupka! Also, great staff. I'll definitely go again. Thanks :)
Authentic Nepali food. The place is small and clean. Service was also good. Many veg options to choose.
Very nice restaurant. Good vegetarian options. Lunch menu is also great.
Try the carrot soup. Seriously tasty
Excellent Nepali Food.👌 Would love to visit again 😊
Mediocre South Asian Cruise.
I visited this place with my wife a Sunday night. The food was less than mediocre, most of the dishes were just a combination of frozen products which were either boiled or fried. Based on other reviews I thought I was going to be fascinated by the flavors, in the end what I can only remember was the red wine. That was fine. The worst part was that at the end we got a handwritten receipt on a piece of paper.
The most authentic Nepali food in Munich. 10/10 for hospitality
